Learn how to connect your e-commerce stores with your ERP system using Integration Hub.

Getting Started

1. Create an Account

Sign up for an Integration Hub account to get started. You'll receive access to the dashboard where you can manage all your integrations.

2. Connect Your ERP

Configure your NetSuite connection by providing your account credentials and API settings. Integration Hub uses REST API and SuiteQL for efficient data operations.

3. Add Your Stores

Connect your e-commerce stores (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.) using OAuth authentication. Each store can be mapped to specific ERP settings.

4. Configure Sync Settings

Set up automated synchronization schedules for orders, products, inventory, and fulfillments. Use cron-based scheduling for hands-off operation.

Integration Hub supports multiple e-commerce platforms. Each platform has its own authentication method and capabilities.

Shopify

Connect your Shopify stores using OAuth 2.0 authentication. Integration Hub supports both REST and GraphQL APIs for optimal performance.

ERP Connections

Connect your ERP system to synchronize orders, products, inventory, and fulfillments.

NetSuite

Integration Hub provides native NetSuite integration using REST API and SuiteQL for efficient data operations.

Configuration Requirements
  • Account ID: Your NetSuite account identifier
  • Consumer Key/Secret: OAuth 1.0 credentials from NetSuite integration
  • Token ID/Secret: Access token credentials
  • Subsidiary: Target subsidiary for transactions

Synchronization

Integration Hub supports multiple synchronization types to keep your systems in sync.

Orders

Push store orders to your ERP as Sales Orders or Cash Sales. Orders are created with full line item details, customer information, and payment status.

Products

Sync product catalog from your ERP to stores. Keep product information, pricing, and descriptions synchronized.

Inventory

Push ERP inventory quantities to stores to maintain accurate stock levels. Supports multiple locations and variants.

Fulfillments

Automatically update stores with fulfillment and tracking information from your ERP when orders ship.
